Job Description
MORE is a local nonprofit that has been serving adults with developmental disabilities for over 49 years. We are currently seeking a full time, exempt employee to join our administrative team. MORE has a fun, compassionate environment and wants someone to become a valued part of our leadership team. 

Core Functions
1. Oversee all financial operations costing, and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
    Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to CEO.


Roles and Responsibilities
Reports to CEO the following:

1. Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal
management and external parties. (Includes creating of overall budget, revisions to narrative & cost centers.)
2. Coordinate all audit activities with outside audit firms and review firm's performance.
3. Liaison for IT Group One, and Bookkeeper.
4. Implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
5. Responsible for some of the human resource activities including employee benefits, corporate insurance, and related activities. This includes the coordination of these activities with all satellite offices as well.
6. Be responsible for all aspects of the semimonthly payroll.

Minimum Qualifications
I. Bachelor's degree (MA/MBA preferred) in Business, Management, or Finance. Minimum of four years of experience

2. Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.
3. Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
4. Experience should include legal, audit, compliance, budget, and resource development.
5. Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities, proposing new ways of creating efficiencies, and
guiding investment in people and systems.
6. Proven effectiveness leading professionals in finance and accounting.
7. Technologically savvy, with an ability to point to examples of having worked with IT staff to develop and implement new processes and systems that increased efficiency in a fast-moving environment.
8. Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented.
9. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to More’s mission.

Compensation
MORE offers a competitive benefits package. Wages are negotiable.
